Refund Policy
At Clear Nest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.
To start a return, please contact us at jrod11.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
